Christine Higgins is a visual artist of papermaking and printmaking. Her pieces include handmade paper fiber baskets, sculptural relief fiber forms, collaged panels using handmade paper, and botanical, framed collograph, relief, and monotype prints. She is a member of A.R.R.T. (Artist Rapid Response Team), Circling the Square Fine Art Press (in Gardiner), and maintains a studio residence in Readfield, Maine. She studied at Marietta College and earned a Masters in Integrated Arts from Lesley University.
